2. Digital Products Only
All products sold on Crochet Cove are digital downloads (PDF crochet patterns). No physical items are shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the pattern file(s) instantly or via an emailed link.
3. License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a pattern from Crochet Cove, you are buying a license to use that pattern for personal, non-commercial use, unless a specific product listing states otherwise.
You may:
- Use the pattern to make items for yourself, as gifts, or to sell a reasonable quantity of finished, handmade items made from the pattern (small-batch, not mass production), with credit to Crochet Cove appreciated but not required.
You may not:
- Copy, share, resell, redistribute, upload, republish, or claim the pattern file itself as your own work.
- Share your download link or file with anyone else.
- Use the pattern (in whole or part) to create a competing pattern, tutorial, or course for resale.
All patterns, photos, and written instructions remain the intellectual property of Crochet Cove / Happy Threads and their respective designers.
4. Orders & Payment
Prices are listed in AED and other currencies and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.
5. Accuracy of Listings
We do our best to describe skill level, materials, and finished sizing accurately for every pattern. Because crochet tension and materials vary between makers, finished results may differ slightly from photos shown.
6. Account & Conduct
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access other users’ data, or interfere with normal site operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Crochet Cove provides patterns “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect loss, project mishaps, or costs of materials arising from use of our patterns. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
